The Consultation marks the start of your project! Victoria will meet with you onsite to get more information about your goals for the space, review your inspiration photos, help you to prioritize your budget, and offer ideas and suggestions. The Consultation allows Victoria to clarify the scope of your project, and to answer any questions you may have.

We will develop a design direction that incorporates architectural features, millwork, furnishings, etc. and will touch base with a Design Concept and Budget Review to make sure we are on the right track. Once the design direction has been solidified, we’ll select every single element and detail required for the project. This phase ends with the much anticipated Presentation where there will be samples of the materials and finishes that we’ve selected for you to touch and feel, drawings and floor plans for review, and you’ll get accurate pricing for the entire design.

Once you’ve approved our design and the budget, we’ll schedule a meeting onsite with you and our trades to kick off the project and troubleshoot any issues. Trades will be hired and demolition will begin. We’ll place the orders for the items you approved at the Presentation, and will visit the site frequently to supervise construction and installation, ensuring quality and accuracy according to the design plan.

The VHD team will have the furnishings and accessories delivered and installed, and will work their magic to style all spaces so they are ‘reveal ready’ for you! Victoria will walk you through the spaces so that you can take in all of the little details, provide you with your client binder, and we’ll finish off with a toast to celebrate the project’s success!
